In Gevelsberg werden vor allem Achsschenkel, die in Ennepetal geschmiedet wurden, auf Oberflächenfehler und Maßhaltigkeit geprüft: Zunder wird entfernt, die Teile werden an einer von drei Linien sandgestrahlt und dann an einer der vier Fertigungslinien zu 100 % geprüft. Im Zuge der Kontrolle fallen vereinzelt noch leichte Nacharbeiten an. Zum Beispiel werden kleine Grate mit Druckluftschleifern entfernt. Für den neuen Standort in Gevelsberg hat Joachim Höh, Leiter Instandhaltung Infrastruktur und Energiemanager, die komplette Druckluftversorgung geplant. „Ursprünglich wollten wir die Druckluft über einen Contractinganbieter beziehen“, sagt Höh. „Nach den ersten Angeboten wurde uns aber klar, dass eine Eigeninvestition günstiger wäre.“ Den Zuschlag erhielt die Dortmunder Indrutec GmbH, ein Handelspartner von Atlas Copco in Essen. Joachim Höh kam es vor allem auf die Energieeffizienz an. „Ich bin von einem Volumenstrom von maximal 14 Kubikmetern in der Minute ausgegangen“, sagt er. „Damit können wir die Absaugsysteme versorgen, die Strahlanlagen, die Rissprüfgeräte und auch alle Handschleifmaschinen.“ ![LP_17_04_Gesenkschmiede1](https://info.atlascopco-kompressoren.de/hubfs/LP_17_04_Gesenkschmiede1.jpg) *Die neue Kompressorenstation versorgt unter anderem die Handschleifmaschinen mit Druckluft.* Die neue Druckluftstation umfasst drei öleingespritzte GA-Schraubenkompressoren von Atlas Copco: eine drehzahlgeregelte GA 45 VSD sowie zwei Maschinen mit fester Drehzahl vom Typ GA 37+, die von einer übergeordneten Steuerung effizient betrieben werden. Aufbereitet wird die Druckluft von zwei Kältetrocknern des Typs FD 285, wobei die gesamte Station vollständig redundant geplant wurde. Die beiden GA 37+ arbeiten im wöchentlichen Wechsel mit der VSD-Maschine zusammen, die die Bedarfsschwankungen abpuffert. Die besondere Effizienz der gesamten Station kommt nicht nur durch die Drehzahlregelung der GA 45 VSD zustande, die immer genau so viel Druckluft bereitstellt, wie die Fertigungslinien gerade benötigen. Vielmehr hat Indrutec-Berater Peter Frank die Station auch mit zwei GA+-Kompressoren geplant, die mit einer speziellen energiesparenden Verdichterstufe besonders effizient sind. Konstruktiv bedingt erzielen die Maschinen außerdem eine niedrigere Verdichtungsendtemperatur als viele andere Kompressoren. Dadurch wird die Energie besser ausgenutzt. Und bei gleicher Öleinspritzmenge altert das Öl langsamer. ![LP_17_04_Gesenkschmiede2](https://info.atlascopco-kompressoren.de/hubfs/LP_17_04_Gesenkschmiede2.jpg) *FD-Trockner bei der Bharat Forge CDP GmbH in Gevelsberg.* Auch die FD-Trockner arbeiten sehr effizient. Sie weisen nur einen geringen Druckabfall auf, wodurch Kompressorleistung gespart wird. Über eingebaute Filter wird sichergestellt, dass die Luft eine Industriequalität von maximal 1 mg Öl je Kubikmeter einhält. Der Druck liegt energiesparend in einem engen Band zwischen 6,0 und 6,4 bar, ein 3000-Liter-Speicher gleicht die Spitzen aus. Mit Indrutec hat Bharat Forge CDP eine Servicevereinbarung für zehn Jahre abgeschlossen. „Damit sind wir nun rundum sorglos, was die Druckluft angeht“, betont Höh.
