Der Präzisionswerkzeughersteller setzt dabei auf die neuen drehzahlgeregelten Kompressoren der [GA-VSD+-Baureihe](https://www.atlascopco.com/de-de/compressors/products/Air-compressor/Oil-injected-rotary-screw-air-compressor/ga-oil-lubricated-screw-compressor-series) von Atlas Copco. Allein mit dem jüngsten Kompressor in Kinding spart der Mittelständler 15.000 Euro im Jahr.* Inovatools-Geschäftsführer Georg Eckerle steuert von Kinding aus auch die anderen Niederlassungen. Gefertigt wird zum Beispiel in Weimar, in Österreich, in Portugal und in der Türkei: In jeder Druckluftstation muss mindestens ein drehzahlgeregelter Kompressor stehen, damit keine Energie verschwendet wird. Denn Messungen hätten ergeben, dass reine Volllast-Leerlauf-Stationen zu hohe Anlauf- und Leerlaufverluste mit sich bringen, sagt Eckerle. ![LP\_17\_10\_Inovatools2](https://info.atlascopco-kompressoren.de/hubfs/luftpost_Bilder/LP_17_10_Inovatools2.jpg) *Inovatools ist auf die Herstellung von Präzisions-Fräs- und Bohrwerkzeugen spezialisiert. Fast alle Maschinen benötigen Druckluft; die CNC-Maschinen insbesondere als Sperrluft für die Glasmaßstäbe, die die Positionen der Verfahrachsen abfragen.* Weil der Standort Haunstetten auf mehrere Hallen verteilt ist, ist die Druckluftversorgung dezentral organisiert: Sechs Kompressoren teilen sich die Arbeit in drei Stationen. In Station 1 steht ein drehzahlgeregelter, öleingespritzter Schraubenkompressor des Typs [GA 18 VSD+ FF](https://www.atlascopco.com/de-de/compressors/products/Air-compressor/Oil-injected-rotary-screw-air-compressor/ga-oil-lubricated-screw-compressor-series) mit 18 kW installierter Leistung. „Hier stand früher eine Volllast-Leerlauf-Maschine“, erklärt Eckerle. „Die Station ist mit der Drehzahlregelung nun um gut ein Drittel effizienter geworden.“ ### Einsparungen durch variable Drehzahlregelung Die Einsparungen resultieren in erster Linie aus der variablen Drehzahl: Durch die automatische Regulierung der Motordrehzahl wird die Drucklufterzeugung auf den jeweiligen Bedarf aller angeschlossenen Verbraucher abgestimmt. Hinzu kommt eine Konstruktion, die noch stärker auf Effizienz getrimmt wurde als bei der Vorgängergeneration. So weist der ölgekühlte interne Permanentmagnetmotor einen Wirkungsgrad auf, der besser als IE4 („Super Premium Efficiency“) ist. Zur Gesamteffizienz der GA-Kompressoren trägt auch bei, dass [Kältetrockner](https://www.atlascopco.com/de-de/compressors/products/air-dryers/refrigerant-air-dryers), Druckluftfilter und Kondensatableiter von Atlas Copco bereits ab Werk in das Plug-and-play-Gehäuse des Kompressors integriert wurden. Darauf weist das Kürzel „FF“ (Full Feature) hin. Eingebaut ist zudem ein Plattenwärmetauscher, so dass sich eine Wärmerückgewinnung leicht umsetzen lässt. ![LP\_17\_10\_Inovatools](https://info.atlascopco-kompressoren.de/hubfs/luftpost_Bilder/LP_17_10_Inovatools.jpg) *Der größte Kompressor bei Inovatools ist ein sparsamer drehzahlgeregelter GA 45 VSD+ FF, dessen Wärme im Winter die Heizung unterstützt (links im Bild der Wärmespeicher).* ### Energieeffizienz mit Wärmerückgewinnung durch drehzahlgeregelte Kompressoren An der Station 3 ist die [Wärmerückgewinnung](https://www.atlascopco.com/de-de/compressors/products/energy_recovery)bereits umgesetzt. Hier hat Inovatools ebenfalls einen drehzahlgeregelten Kompressor installiert. Der [GA 45 VSD+ FF](https://www.atlascopco.com/de-de/compressors/products/Air-compressor/Oil-injected-rotary-screw-air-compressor/ga-oil-lubricated-screw-compressor-series) ist mit 45 kW der größte Kompressor am Standort. „Diese Maschine ist mit ihrer Effizienz einfach der Knüller“, findet Eckerle. „Allein mit dieser Station spart Inovatools 15.000 Euro im Jahr, wie eine Simulation im Vorfeld der Investition ergeben hat.“ Außerdem habe man noch die [BAFA-Förderung](https://www.atlascopco.com/de-de/compressors/CustomerBenefit/bafa-foerderungprogramm/produktuebersicht-bafa-foerderung) in Höhe von 30 Prozent in Anspruch genommen. Im Winter unterstützt die Verdichtungswärme dieses Kompressors die Heizung in den Fertigungshallen und der Verwaltung. „Zusammen mit der Wärmerückgewinnung ergibt sich eine unfassbare Ressourcenersparnis“, freut sich Eckerle. Die Verdichtungswärme des Kompressors wird über Wärmetauscher an einen 400-Liter-Warmwasserspeicher (siehe Bild oben) abgegeben. Dieses Paket mit der Bezeichnung „Thermo-Kit“ umfasst Wärmespeicher, Pumpe, Steuerung und Installationszubehör. Es eignet sich für Anwender mit Zentralheizung, die Bedarf an 50 bis 70 °C warmem Wasser haben. Mit dem Thermo-Kit lässt sich die Energie von einer Stunde Volllastbetrieb des Kompressors speichern. Die wichtigste Funktion der Druckluft ist in Kinding übrigens diejenige als Sperrluft an den 80 CNC-Maschinen.
