Ab sofort genügt einer: Denn bei den neuen koaleszierenden Druckluftfiltern der [UD+-](https://www.atlascopco.com/de-de/compressors/products/air_filters/UD_plus)Serie haben wir jetzt zwei Filtrationsprozesse in einem Produkt zusammengefasst. Beim Filteraufbau setzen wir weit mehr filtrierende Elemente ein als bei herkömmlichen Typen. Diese Elemente liegen aber weniger dicht beieinander, so dass die Luft ohne signifikante Verluste hindurchströmen kann. Dennoch werden alle Partikel zuverlässig zurückgehalten. Das Arbeitsprinzip des UD+, die sogenannte Nautilus-Technologie, wird in folgendem Video anschaulich erklärt: [Film UD+-Filter](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=07k1LGkfzA0&feature=youtu.be) **Der spezielle Aufbau schafft signifikante Vorteile gegenüber der Kombination zweier herkömmlicher Filter, wie etwa dem DD+-Filter und PD+-Filter:** **1. 40 % weniger Druckabfall** Der Druckabfall ist bei [UD+-Filtern](https://www.atlascopco.com/de-de/compressors/products/air_filters/UD_plus)deutlich niedriger – bei einem extrem hohen Filterwirkungsgrad. **2. Energie sparen** 40 % weniger Druckabfall als bei einer DD+/PD+-Kombination; das bringt 40 % mehr Energieeffizienz. **3. Reine Luft** Die Luftqualität ist ebenso gut wie bei zwei Filtern in Reihe – dank dickem Filterpaket. **4. Platz sparen** Durch das 2-in-1-Filterungskonzept sinkt der Platzbedarf. Gut für enge Verhältnisse. **5.
