Doch haben Sie schon von der Verfügbarkeitsgarantie gehört, die sich zu 100 % auf die Produktions- und Betriebssicherheit Ihrer Maschinen bezieht? Nein? – dann erfahren Sie jetzt alles, was Sie zu der Verfügbarkeitsgarantie als Neuheit in der Welt der Kompressoren wissen sollten. ![](https://info.atlascopco-kompressoren.de/hs-fs/hubfs/Verf%C3%BCgbarkeitsgarantie-png.png?width=1280&height=720&name=Verf%C3%BCgbarkeitsgarantie-png.png) ## Was versteht man unter der Verfügbarkeitsgarantie? Wie bereits erwähnt, werben Kompressoren-Hersteller mit einer langjährigen Garantie, die die gesetzlich verpflichtende Gewährleistung übersteigt und den Kunden im Falle von möglichen Maschinenschäden absichert. Die Verfügbarkeitsgarantie geht da noch einen Schritt weiter: Mit der Verfügbarkeitsgarantie versprechen wir als Kompressoren-Hersteller nicht nur eine Mindestverfügbarkeit von rund 98 % unserer Maschinen, sondern übernehmen zusätzlich die Verantwortung hinsichtlich der Produktions- und Betriebssicherheit unserer Kunden. Mit anderen Worten: Bei geringerer Verfügbarkeit erhalten Sie als Kunde eine Gutschrift in Höhe von 0,5 % pro 0,1 % Verfügbarkeitsverlust. Somit ist die Verfügbarkeitsgarantie einzigartig in der Kompressoren Welt, die bis zu 10 % Gutschrift auf die Jahressumme – pro Maschine – ermöglicht. ## Wieso ist die Verfügbarkeitsgarantie einzigartig? Vielen Kompressor-Herstellern fehlt es an Systemen, um seinen Kunden ein ähnliches Versprechen flächendeckend zu geben. Sie fragen sich jetzt sicherlich, für wen und ab wann die Verfügbarkeitsgarantie greift. Sie profitieren von der Verfügbarkeitsgarantie, sofern Sie eine Premium Instandhaltungsvereinbarung abgeschlossen haben. Welche Leistungen die Premium [Instandhaltungsvereinbarung](https://www.atlascopco.com/de-de/compressors/service/plans) beinhaltet, können Sie der untenstehenden Tabelle entnehmen. Dort vergleichen wir die Wartungsvereinbarung mit der Instandhaltungsvereinbarung, die in Summe die Premium Instandhaltungsvereinbarung bildet. Weitere Voraussetzung für die Verfügbarkeitsgarantie sind: - Maschinen: GA, ZR/ZT, ZH, Low Pressure und Druckluft-Trockner - Maschinenalter \< 10 Jahre - Bei Bestandsmaschinen: Prüfung der Konnektivität/ Verfügbarkeit in SMARTLINK - Equipment mit mind. MK5 Elektronikon - SMARTLINK Energy & Diagnostic Service ![Bild1-4](https://info.atlascopco-kompressoren.de/hs-fs/hubfs/Bild1-4.jpg?width=961&name=Bild1-4.jpg) \*Gilt nur für Neumaschinen in den ersten 60 Monaten ab erstmaliger Inbetriebsetzung, ohne Begrenzung der Betriebsstunden. ## Wie kann man die Verfügbarkeitsgarantie berechnen? Zuallererst muss festgelegt werden, ab wann eine Maschine als verfügbar und nicht verfügbar gilt. Eine Maschine mit dem Status Load (Belastet), Unload (Entlastet) und Stop (Gestoppt) gilt als verfügbar, während die Statusmeldungen Shutdown (Ausfall) und Communication Error eine nicht verfügbare Maschine abzeichnen. Eine geplante Wartung oder ein Stromausfall liegt außerhalb des Betrachtungszeitraums und gilt damit nicht als „nicht verfügbar“. Zur Unterstützung der Berechnung steht der Verfügbarkeitsgarantie-Kalkulator zur Verfügung, der die Verfügbarkeit der Maschinen per Mausklick für Sie berechnet.
