# Effizienz trifft Qualität: Atlas Copco unterstützt IREKS bei der Rohstoffbeförderung

Die Entladung von Rohstoffen aus Silofahrzeugen ist ein wichtiger Prozess in der Lebensmittelproduktion. Bei IREKS wurde dieser Schritt durch den Einsatz moderner Atlas Copco Technologie optimiert: Der Energieverbrauch wurde gesenkt, die Flexibilität erhöht und Produktsicherheit weiterhin garantiert. Vier neue ZE VSD [Niederdruckkompressoren](https://info.atlascopco-kompressoren.de/blog/vorteile-von-niederdruckkompressoren) sorgen für bedarfsgerechte Steuerung, ölfreie Druckluft und eine schonende Förderung der Materialien. Das Ergebnis: Effizienz und Qualität auf höchstem Level.

Denn in der Welt der Backzutaten zählt jedes Detail – von der Auswahl des Saatguts über die Verarbeitung der Rohstoffe bis hin zum fertigen Gebäck. Als das Unternehmen die Modernisierung einer Druckluftanlage plante, fiel die Wahl auf Atlas Copco. ## Die Ausgangssituation: Ein Prozess mit Verbesserungspotenzial

Die [Entladung von Rohstoffen wie feine Mehle, Stärke, Schrot, Saaten, Getreide, Sonnenblumen- und Kürbiskerne, Dextrose und Salz  aus Tankwagen- und Silofahrzeugen](https://info.atlascopco-kompressoren.de/blog/entscheidungshilfen-zum-effizienten-be-und-entladen-von-silos-mit-niederdruck-gebläsen) ist ein kritischer Schritt in der Backzutatenproduktion. Bislang setzte IREKS auf Schraubenverdichter mit Druckluftaufbereitung, die in der Liefermenge nicht anpassungsfähig waren. 

Das führte zu:

- Hohem Energieverbrauch
- Geringer Flexibilität bei unterschiedlichen Fördergütern

Bei der Modernisierung der Druckluftanlage war klar: Es braucht eine Lösung, die nicht nur technisch überzeugt, sondern auch die Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie des Unternehmens unterstützt.

## Die Lösung:

Gemeinsam mit dem langjährigen Druckluft-Partner [KRAUSSER DRUCKLUFT](https://www.krausser-druckluft.de/) und Atlas Copco entstand ein Konzept, das alle Anforderungen erfüllt:

- Vier ZE VSD [Niederdruckkompressoren](https://info.atlascopco-kompressoren.de/blog/vorteile-von-niederdruckkompressoren)mit integrierten Nachkühlern, Kältetrocknern und Filtern
- Variable Drehzahlregelung (VSD) für bedarfsgerechte Anpassung von Volumenstrom und Druck
- Ölfreie Druckluft, um die hohen Hygienestandards der Lebensmittelindustrie sicherzustellen

Die Kompressoren stehen im Gebäude und die Rohstoffe  werden aus LKWs in Silos gefördert. Die Entscheidung fiel auf VSD Maschinen, um unterschiedliche Materialien energetisch schonend fördern zu können.. Die Drehzahlanpassung ermöglicht es, die Förderluft exakt auf die jeweiligen Materialien abzustimmen – von feinem Mehl bis zu empfindlichen Saaten.

## Die Vorteile:

- Energieeinsparung von 90.000 kWh Strom pro Jahr durch bedarfsgerechte Steuerung
- Höchste Produktreinheit dank ölfreier Druckluft
- Flexibilität für die Zukunft: Anpassung an neue Rohstoffe und Produktionsanforderungen

IREKS verfolgt klare  Energieziele und hat mit dieser Lösung einen weiteren Schritt zur Erfüllung dieser gemacht – ganz im Sinne des Umwelt- und Klimapakts Bayern, für den das Unternehmen bereits mit einer Gold-Urkunde ausgezeichnet wurde.

## Fazit & Ausblick

Die neue Lösung ist für IREKS ein wichtiger Schritt: Sie senkt den Energieverbrauch und erhöht die Prozesssicherheit. Die Technologie ist skalierbar und unterstützt die Nachhaltigkeitsziele des Unternehmens.
