## Tüv-zertifiziert nach ISO 8573-1 Klasse 0

Atlas Copco hat diese Technologie schon frühzeitig vorangetrieben und als erster Hersteller in den Markt gebracht. Im Jahr 2006 wurde der TÜV mit einer Baumusterprüfung für ölfrei verdichtende Kompressoren beauftragt. Mit den strengsten Testverfahren wurde die Druckluft in einem breiten Temperatur- und Druckbereich auf Öl in all seinen Zustandsformen hin überprüft. Ergebnis: Der TÜV fand keine Ölrückstände in der Ausgangsluft. So war Atlas Copco der erste Hersteller, dessen ölfrei verdichtende Kompressoren nach der damals neuen Industrienorm für Luftreinheit zertifiziert wurde; ISO 8573-1 Klasse 0. Diese Norm klassifiziert die Druckluft nach drei Kontaminationsstoffen: Öl, Wasser und Staub.

## Absolut ölfrei verdichtende Kompressoren

Alle[ölfrei verdichtenden Kompressoren](https://www.atlascopco.com/de-de/compressors/wiki/compressed-air-articles/oil-free-or-lubricated-compressor) von Atlas Copco sind in bezug auf die enthaltende Ölmenge nach Klasse 0 zertifiziert, und zwar gemäß der ISO Norm 8573-1 (2010). Dazu gehören Turbo-, Drehzahn-, Scroll-, und Kolbenkompressoren ebenso wie die wassereingespritzen Schraubenkompressoren, die ölfrei verdichtenden Schraubenkompressoren oder die kombinierten vierstufigen Kolben-Schrauben-Kompressoren. All diese Maschinen liefern zu 100% ölfreie Druckluft, und zwar von 300 mbar bis 40 bar.

Viele Anwender konnten damit in den letzten Jahren höhere Produktionsstandards durchsetzen, um zum Beispiel den Anforderungen der Normen ISO 14 001 oder OHASAS 18 000 zu entsprechen.
