Also fährt man in die Werkstatt seines Vertrauens und lässt die Profis ran. Bei der Druckluftversorgung ist es nicht viel anders. Wenn der Stromverbrauch zu hoch ist, der Kompressor ständig im roten Bereich läuft und die Betriebskosten durch die Decke gehen, dann wird es auch hier höchste Zeit, mit den Spezialisten zu sprechen.** ## **![Resultat](https://info.atlascopco-kompressoren.de/hs-fs/hubfs/Resultat.jpg?width=257&name=Resultat.jpg)** ## **Drei Gründe, die Druckluft teuer machen** #### **1. Die Druckluftversorung ist zu klein ausgelegt, oder der Druckluftbedarf ist gestiegen.** Ist Ihre Druckluftversorgung **zu klein ?**  Weil sie schon in der Planung nicht richtig ausgelegt wurde, oder weil im Laufe der Zeit die Fertigung gewachsen und damit auch der Druckluftbedarf gestiegen ist. Dann kann sie schnell zu einem Risikofaktor für die Produktionsabläufe werden. Denn wie bei jeder Maschine, die dauerhaft überlastet ist, führt eine ständige Maximalbelastung von Bauteilen zu vorzeitigem Verschleiß und schließlich zum Versagen der kompletten Anlage. Oft sind dann nicht nur die Reparaturkosten astronomisch, sondern die Lebenserwartung der Maschinen verkürzt sich drastisch.
