# Koaleszenz- und Aktivkohlefilter setzen neue Standards

**Neue Vor- und Aktivkohlefilter senken den Druckabfall und steigern die Verfügbarkeit der Druckluftversorgung. Ab sofort sind neue Druckluftfilter für höhere Durchflussraten erhältlich, die Doppel-Vorfilter der Baureihe [UD+](https://www.atlascopco.com/de-de/compressors/products/air_filters/ud_plus) sowie die[QDT-Aktivkohlefilter](https://www.atlascopco.com/de-de/compressors/products/air_filters/qdt_activated_carbon_tower).** 

![QDT550\_Aktivkohlefilter](https://info.atlascopco-kompressoren.de/hs-fs/hubfs/QDT550_Aktivkohlefilter.jpg?width=300&name=QDT550_Aktivkohlefilter.jpg)Die [QDT-Baureihe](https://www.atlascopco.com/de-de/compressors/products/air_filters/qdt_activated_carbon_tower) wird um fünf Behälter für einen Betriebsüberdruck bis 16 bar erweitert, die QDT425 bis QDT1800. Die Zahl in der Typenbezeichnung gibt den maximalen Durchfluss in Litern Druckluft pro Sekunde an (l/s). Die hocheffizienten [Aktivkohlefilter](https://www.atlascopco.com/de-de/compressors/products/air_filters) entfernen zuverlässig Kohlenwasserstoffe, Öldämpfe und Gerüche aus der Druckluft. Die Aktivkohleschichten senken den Restölgehalt per Adsorption auf unter 0,003 mg/m3. Der Druckabfall ist gering und bleibt über die gesamte Lebensdauer des [Filters](https://www.atlascopco.com/de-de/compressors/products/air_filters) minimal. Mit Wartungsintervallen von entweder 8000 oder 12000 Stunden und Durchflussraten zwischen 1500 und 6500 Normkubikmetern pro Stunde (m³/h, entsprechend 425 bis 1800 l/s) findet sich in der [QDT-Baureihe](https://www.atlascopco.com/de-de/compressors/products/air_filters/qdt_activated_carbon_tower)jetzt für alle Kompressoren mit Leistungen bis zu 750 Kilowatt (kW) eine passende Lösung.

Außerdem sind ab sofort zwei Vorfilter [UD+ 850T und UD+ 1100T](https://www.atlascopco.com/de-de/compressors/products/air_filters/ud_plus) erhältlich. Die neuen Aluminium-Doppelfiltermodelle eignen sich für einen Betriebsüberdruck bis 16 bar. Die UD+-Filter können in jeder Druckluftanwendung und in allen Branchen eingesetzt werden. Sie entfernen Öl-Aerosolpartikel, Nassstaub und Wassertropfen aus dem Luftstrom.

## **Aus zwei mach eins: neue UD+ Öl-Koaleszenzfilter**

![UD850plusT\_Twin\_Druckluftilter](https://info.atlascopco-kompressoren.de/hs-fs/hubfs/UD850plusT_Twin_Druckluftilter.jpg?width=287&name=UD850plusT_Twin_Druckluftilter.jpg)Die patentierten [Öl-Koaleszenzfilter](https://www.atlascopco.com/de-de/compressors/products/air_filters) der UD+-Baureihe ersetzen zwei herkömmliche 1-µm- und 0,1-µm-Koaleszenzfilter durch einen einzigen Filter. Sie erzielen bei 40 % weniger Druckabfall die gleiche Abscheideleistung. Die UD+-Filter sind gemäß ISO 12500-1 zertifiziert. Diese Norm beschreibt Testmethoden für Druckluftfilter.

Beide Filter erweitern die bisherige UD+-Serie, die für Volumenströme bis zu 2000 m3/h ausgelegt war. Die neuen Modelle filtern die Druckluft bei Durchflussraten von bis zu 3000 m3/h beziehungsweise 4000 m3/h (= 1100 l/s bei dem UD+ 1100T) bei Referenzbedingungen von 7 bar.

## **Kombination mehrerer Filter für optimale Risikoprävention**

Wer das Risiko einer Öl- und Staubverschmutzung mit maximaler Sicherheit unterbinden will, sollte aber [mehrere Filter](https://www.atlascopco.com/de-de/compressors/products/air_filters) kombinieren. Eine typische Installation sieht zum Beispiel einen UD+-Doppelvorfilter nach dem Kompressor vor, gefolgt von einem [Kälte- oder Adsorptionstrockner](https://www.atlascopco.com/de-de/compressors/products/air-dryers). Hinter dem Trockner schließen sich dann zum Beispiel ein QDT-Aktivkohlefilter und ein [PDp-Feinfilter](https://www.atlascopco.com/de-de/compressors/products/air_filters/ddp_pdp_plus_dry_dust_filters) an.

Bei öleingespritzten Kompressoren wird durch eine derartige Kombination Druckluft der Qualitätsklasse 1 nach ISO 8573-1:2010 erreicht. Das heißt, es wird ein Öl- und Partikelgehalt von 0,01 mg/m³ Druckluft eingehalten beziehungsweise unterschritten.
