# Neu: Niederdruck-Turboverdichter – jetzt auch für hohe Volumenströme

**Gute Neuigkeiten für alle Druckluftverantwortlichen in Schwefelrückgewinnungsanlagen, in der Fermentierung und in der Rauchgasentschwefelung – der neue einstufige ZHL Turbokompressor deckt jetzt einen ganz neuen Bereich mit hohen Volumenströmen ab, der bis dato im Niederdruck noch nicht bedient werden konnte.**

Die 2- und 3-stufigen [ZH-Turbokompressoren](https://www.atlascopco.com/de-de/compressors/products/air-compressor/oil-free-air-compressors/zh-zhplus) von Atlas Copco sind seit vielen Jahren im Markt etabliert und haben in der Branche einen exzellenten Ruf. Deren Leistungsbereich liegt zwischen 355 kW bis 3,2 MW. Der große Erfolg und die Erfahrung mit dem Turbokompressor hat uns motiviert,  eine einstufige Version zu entwickeln. Derzeit ist die ZHL in den Baugrößen von 400 bis 710 kW lieferbar, weitere Baugrößen werden aber folgen.

Dabei sind Drücke von 1,0 bis 2,0 bar(g) und **Volumenströme bis 19.000 m³/h** realisierbar.

## Anwendungsbereiche von Niederdruck-Turboverdichtern

Die Anwendungen sind in vielen Branchen zu finden, vor allem dort, wo Grundlasten mit hohen Volumenströmen bereitgestellt werden müssen. Beispiele hierfür sind:

- **Schwefelrückgewinnungsanlagen, Oxidationsluft**
- **Fermentierung**
- **FGD (Rauchgasentschwefelung)**

Der Lieferumfang kann übrigens perfekt auf die jeweilige Anwendung abgestimmt werden. Das Basisprodukt bietet bereits eine breite Auswahl von unterschiedlichen Motorfabrikaten und -spannungen, sowie die Auswahl zwischen einer Heißluftversion oder integriertem Nachkühler. Es stehen außerdem bereits einige Optionen und Installationszubehör wie Ansaugfilter und Schalldämpfer, die Rückschlagklappe, der Kompensator oder der Abblaseschalldämpfer zur Verfügung.

**Das macht den ZHL quasi zu einem maßgeschneiderten Standardprodukt.**
