# Niederdruck: ölfrei, mit Drehzahlregelung und großem Regelbereich

*Unsere [ZE/ZA-Niederdruckkompressoren](https://www.atlascopco.com/de-de/compressors/products/Air-compressor/oil-free-air-compressors/ZE_ZA_(VSD)_oil-free_rotary_screw_compressors) erzeugen zuverlässig ölfreie Druckluft und eignen sich für Anwendungen wie pneumatische Förderung, Fermentierung oder das Glasblasen. Die Maschinen kommen auch in sehr staubigen oder feuchten Umgebungen zurecht. Jetzt haben wir unsere Baureihe erweitert: Ab sofort gibt es die wasser- oder luftgekühlten Schraubenkompressoren mit Drehzahlregelung für Volumenströme bis 8500 Kubikmeter pro Stunde und Betriebsüberdrücke von bis zu 4 bar.*

Bisher hatten wir die einstufig ölfrei verdichtenden Kompressoren der Baureihe ZE/ZA nur für Volumenströme bis etwa 2700 Kubikmeter pro Stunde mit integriertem Frequenzumrichter (ZE/ZA 4 VSD) im Programm. Die ZE/ZA 5-6, die sich für Volumenströme bis über 7000 Kubikmeter pro Stunde eignen, standen Ihnen nur in der ungeregelten Variante zur Verfügung.

Jetzt bieten wir die [ZE/ZA 5-6](https://www.atlascopco.com/de-de/compressors/products/Air-compressor/oil-free-air-compressors/ZE_ZA_(VSD)_oil-free_rotary_screw_compressors) ebenfalls als VSD-Variante an. VSD bedeutet „Variable Speed Drive“: Durch die Drehzahlreglung kann der Kompressor starke Verbrauchs- oder Druckschwankungen ausgleichen. Vor allem aber wird Leistung nur in dem Maße aufgenommen, wie auch Luft verdichtet beziehungsweise geliefert wird. Motor und Frequenzumrichter sind präzise aufeinander abgestimmt und ermöglichen einzigartige Regelbereiche von bis zu 80 Prozent. Die neuen Niederdruckkompressoren erzeugen zwischen 300 und 8500 Kubikmeter pro Stunde bei Drücken von 1 bis 4 bar.

Da der Frequenzumrichter in die Maschine – unter der Schallhaube – integriert ist, entfällt die sonst nötige Verkabelung zwischen Frequenzumrichter und Hauptantriebsmotor komplett. Intern ist ebenfalls alles verkabelt, das heißt, der Betreiber spart erheblichen Installationsaufwand.

Weitere Merkmale der [ZE/ZA-Baureihe](https://www.atlascopco.com/de-de/compressors/products/Air-compressor/oil-free-air-compressors/ZE_ZA_(VSD)_oil-free_rotary_screw_compressors), die unsere Kunden schätzen, sind die geringen Geräuschemissionen sowie die Flexibilität bei der Aufstellung: Unsere Lösungen trotzen Wind und Wetter. Die ZE/ZA-Kompressoren können sogar im Freien aufgestellt werden und arbeiten auch bei Minusgraden.

Dass der Frequenzumrichter jetzt direkt in die Maschinen des Typs ZE/ZA 5-6 integriert ist, hat weitere Vorteile: Anwender haben nur einen Ansprechpartner für die Drucklufterzeugung und keine weiteren Schnittstellen. Unsere qualifizierten Servicetechniker stellen den Kompressor genau auf die erforderlichen Prozessparameter ein.
