Er ist hauptverantwortlich für Anwendungen rund um Stickstoff und Sauerstoff.   --- Mit Stickstofferzeugern von Atlas Copco lässt sich die benötigte Menge Stickstoff zu deutlich geringeren Kosten produzieren, als wenn das Gas in Flaschen von einem Dienstleister geliefert wird. Eine echte Plug-and-play-Lösung für die Stickstofferzeugung ist der „Hochdruck-Stickstoffskid“. Die auf einem Rahmen montierte Anlage ist mit allen erforderlichen Komponenten ausgestattet: einem effizienten, drehzahlgeregelten Kompressor des Typs [GA VSD+](https://www.atlascopco.com/de-de/compressors/products/Air-compressor/Oil-injected-rotary-screw-air-compressor/ga-oil-lubricated-screw-compressor-series), einem NGP+-[Stickstoffgenerator](https://www.atlascopco.com/de-de/Rental/products/nitrogen-generators-for-rent/NGP), Behältern für Druckluft und Stickstoff, einem Booster, Trockner und Filtern. Das System spart so viel Energie, dass die Kosten im Vergleich zu herkömmlichen Vor-Ort-Stickstofferzeugern um mehr als 50 Prozent sinken können.* Alle Komponenten sind nach unseren hohen Qualitäts- und Energieeffizienz-Standards konstruiert. Ihr Zusammenspiel wird vor Auslieferung auf Leistung und Zuverlässigkeit getestet. Zur Verfügung stehen zwei Modelle: eine 40-bar-Version für die direkte Verwendung sowie eine 300-bar-Variante, die in Kombination mit Hochdruckflaschen arbeitet. Damit ist es möglich, eine kleinere Anlage zu wählen, wenn der Stickstoffverbrauch unregelmäßig ist. Auch kann damit zum Beispiel über Nacht erzeugter Stickstoff für die Verwendung in der nächsten Schicht zwischengespeichert werden. **Hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Effizienz bei geringer Aufstellfläche** Die Vorteile einer Skidanlage sind ihre kleine Aufstellfläche, die hohe Effizienz, die einfache Installation und ihre hohe Zuverlässigkeit. Wir setzen hier unsere modernsten und effizientesten Technologien bei Kompressoren und Stickstoffgeneratoren ein: die VSD+-Drehzahlregelung und die NGP+-Technologie bei der Stickstofferzeugung. [NGP+-Stickstoffgeneratoren](https://www.atlascopco.com/de-de/Rental/products/nitrogen-generators-for-rent/NGP) erzeugen den Stickstoff über ein hochwertiges Kohlenstoffmolekularsieb aus Druckluft, die von einem Kompressor bereitgestellt wird. Je effizienter der Kompressor arbeitet, umso weniger Energie wird natürlich auch für den Stickstoff benötigt. Unsere Maschinen regulieren die Erzeugung automatisch, so dass immer der gewünschte Stickstoffdruck und die benötigte Reinheit vorliegen. Eingangsluft, Temperatur, Druck und Taupunkt werden zur Sicherheit überwacht. Ein automatisches Anlaufen des Generators verhindert das Risiko einer Überlastung sowie die Schädigung des Molekularsiebes. Im Stand-by-Modus spart das Gerät Energie, wenn gerade kein Stickstoff gefordert wird.
