Wenn Ihr Betrieb die Produktion hochfährt, sollte die Aufrüstung der Druckluftanlagen nicht am Ende der Tagesordnung stehen. Denn die Druckluftanlage macht die Produktion erst möglich. Ohne Druckluft kommt die Produktion zum Erliegen. Stellen Sie sich also zu Beginn die Frage, ob der Kompressor in seinem jetzigen Zustand mit der erhöhten Produktion und den damit einhergehenden Anforderungen mithalten kann. Wenn Sie diese Punkte im Vorhinein berücksichtigen, haben Sie später weniger Probleme bei der Produktion.   - **Für den Eventualfall wappnen.** Wenn Sie vorhaben, einen zusätzlichen Kompressor anzuschaffen, um mit der erhöhten Nachfrage mithalten zu können, lohnt sich eventuell die Überlegung, einen einzigen großen Kompressor zu kaufen. Den alten Kompressor können Sie als Ersatzgerät behalten. Wenn die Hauptanlage Probleme verursacht, kommt der zweite Kompressor ganz gelegen. Auf diese Weise können Sie mit der Nachfrage Schritt halten und schnell auf unerwartete Probleme in der Produktion reagieren.   - **Mehr Druckluft = mehr Feuchtigkeit.** Wenn mehr produziert wird, wird auch mehr Druckluft verwendet, was wiederum zu einer erhöhten Feuchtigkeitsbildung im System führt. Die potenziellen schädlichen Auswirkungen von Kondensation innerhalb eines Druckluftsystems sind nicht zu unterschätzen. Bevor Sie die Produktion hochfahren, sollten Sie also beurteilen, ob die Trocknungsmethoden des Systems (integrierte Lufttrockner, Nachkühler oder Überverdichtung) ausreichen.   - **Den Speicher ausbauen.** Luftbehälter, manchmal auch als Drucklufttanks bezeichnet, dienen als Zwischenspeicher, um Nachfragespitzen im System zu befriedigen. Sie müssen ausreichend groß sein, damit ausreichend Druckluft vorhanden ist. Ein Upgrade minimiert Druckschwankungen und vermeidet unnötige Motorstarts.   - **Neue Technologien für neue Anforderungen.** In den letzten zehn Jahren wurden enorme Fortschritte im Bereich der Drucklufttechnologien verzeichnet, insbesondere bei Kompressoren mit größerer Leistung. Die neuen Druckluftanlagen haben innovative Funktionen.
