# Stickstoff-Erzeuger NGP+: Für besonders reinen Stickstoff

Bis zu 99,999 Prozent reinen Stickstoff, wie er für Anwendungen in der Nahrungsmittel- und Getränkeindustrie, in der Metallverarbeitung oder der Elektronikbranche benötigt wird, können die neuen [NGP+-Generatoren](https://info.atlascopco-kompressoren.de/blog/stickstoffgeneratoren-ngp-für-besonders-reinen-stickstoff/data:text/mce-internal,hs_cos_wrapper_post_body,NGP+-Generatoren%20)erzeugen. ![null](http://www.atlascopconews.de/Luftpost_01_2016/customers.anpdm.com/shared/images/pixel.gif)

Der [NGP+](https://info.atlascopco-kompressoren.de/blog/stickstoffgeneratoren-ngp-für-besonders-reinen-stickstoff/data:text/mce-internal,hs_cos_wrapper_post_body,NGP+-Generatoren%20) arbeitet nach dem Prinzip der [Druckwechseladsorption (PSA).](https://www.atlascopco.com/de-de/compressors/wiki/compressed-air-articles/absorption-adsorption)Hierbei wird der Sauerstoff durch Kohlenmolekularsiebe selektiv vom Stickstoff abgeschieden. Abgestimmt auf das Druckluftnetz, können mit den neuen Generatoren bis zu 50 % Energie im Vergleich zu Wettbewerbsprodukten eingespart werden.

Erweiterte Überwachungsfunktionen machen die Geräte besonders zuverlässig, leistungsstark und effizient. Den NGP+ wird es in zwei Varianten geben: als „Basic-Modell“ und eine Variante, die fest auf einen Stickstoffbehälter montiert ist.
