Das Kit kann sehr leicht zum Beispiel an unsere öleingespritzten GA-Kompressoren angeschlossen werden. Unsere neuen Kompressorbaureihen sind optional bereits ab Werk für die Wärmerückgewinnung vorgesehen. Die Wärme ist unabhängig vom Betrieb des Kompressors nutzbar. Denn zum Thermo-Kit gehört ein Warmwasserspeicher, der die Energie von einer Stunde Volllastbetrieb Ihres Kompressors aufnimmt und speichert. Das Wasser bleibt dann bis zu 24 Stunden warm. Unsere Faustformel: Die Verdichtungswärme eines 30-kW-Kompressors reicht aus, um Raumgrößen bis zu 300 m² behaglich zu heizen. Die Heizungsregelung muss bei der Installation, die binnen weniger Stunden erledigt ist, übrigens nicht geändert werden. ![null](http://www.atlascopconews.de/Luftpost_03_2016/customers.anpdm.com/shared/images/pixel.gif) ![LP\_03\_16\_Thermokit\_Aufbau](https://info.atlascopco-kompressoren.de/hs-fs/hubfs/luftpost_Bilder/LP_03_16_Thermokit_Aufbau.jpg?width=584&name=LP_03_16_Thermokit_Aufbau.jpg) *Beispiel: Anschluss eines Thermo-Kits (mit dem Warmwasserspeicher links) an den Kompressor.* **Thermo-Kit-Bausatz für 400 oder 800 Liter** Der Thermo-Kit-Bausatz enthält neben dem Warmwasserspeicher, der – je nach Bedarf – 400 oder 800 Liter fasst, eine Umwälzpumpe, eine zentrale Steuereinheit sowie Installationszubehör. Die Steuerung des Systems zeigt die Installation auf einem Farbdisplay verständlich an. Sie kommuniziert mit dem Kompressor, holt von diesem zum Beispiel den Betriebszustand und die Öltemperatur ein. Nach einem Vergleich mit der Temperatur im Wasserspeicher wird die Pumpe an- oder abgeschaltet, um mit der Verdichtungswärme den Heizkreislauf zu unterstützen.   **Wärme für Prozesswasser nutzen** Das Kompressorenöl ist durch das Thermo-Kit sicher vom Heizungswasser getrennt. Gleichwohl ist das System ab Werk nicht zur Erwärmung von Trinkwasser vorgesehen.
