Mit dem John Munck Award wird in diesem Jahr die Entwicklung eines innovativen Adsorptionstrockners ausgezeichnet. Der neu entwickelte und patentierte [Adsorptionstrockner Cerades](https://info.atlascopco-kompressoren.de/blog/die-revolution-bei-druckluft-k%C3%A4ltetrocknern) hat eine bessere Energieeffizienz, eine stabilere Leistung, keine Verunreinigung durch den Zerfall des Trockenmittels und eine kleinere Stellfläche.

"Die Innovation schafft einen greifbaren Wert für die Kunden durch die führende, differenzierte Technologie", so Mats Rahmström, President & CEO der Atlas Copco Gruppe. "Sie hat auch ein starkes Nachmarktpotenzial und Möglichkeiten, in neue Segmente vorzudringen."

Die Auszeichnung wurde Chiara De Timmermann, Carlo Lammers, Jan Norz und Wouter Van Dijck, die in den Geschäftsbereichen Airtec und Industrial Air tätig sind, für die Entwicklung des neuen Trockenlufttrockners Cerades verliehen.

Der [John Munck Award](https://www.atlascopcogroup.com/en/innovation/awards/internal-awards/john-munck-award) wird jedes Jahr an einen Produktentwickler oder -designer oder ein Team für herausragende Beiträge zur Gesamtqualität eines Atlas Copco Produkts verliehen.
