Heute widmen wir uns der zweiten Komponente – dem [Druckluftbehälter](https://www.atlascopco.com/de-de/compressors/products/compressed-air-ancillaries). Druckluftbehälter fungieren als Puffer zwischen einem Kompressor und dem schwankenden Druck der Kompressor-Station. Denn aufgrund des sich ändernden Bedarfs ist die richtige Größe des Druckluftbehälters entscheidend für Effizienz Ihrer Anlage. Die Auswahl des richtigen Druckluftbehälters ist deshalb so wichtig, da dieser den richtigen Druck für Ihre Geräte aufrecht hält und gleichzeitig den Energieverbrauch Ihrer Druckluftstation senkt. Welche drei positiven Auswirkungen ein Druckluftbehälter auf Ihre gesamte Anlage haben kann, lesen Sie nachfolgend: ## 1\. Druckluftschwankungen minimieren Die erste positive Auswirkung ist die Minimierung der Druckluftschwankungen in Ihrem Druckluft-System: Der Luftbehälter kann verwendet werden, um Druckschwankungen zu minimieren, die den Produktionsprozess und die Qualität des Endprodukts beeinträchtigen können. Bei der Auswahl eines geeigneten Druckluftbehälters für den Kompressor müssen Sie zwei Faktoren berücksichtigen: 1\. den Ausgangsdruck des Kompressors und 2\. die Einsatzbedingungen des Einsatzortes. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Größe des Druckluftbehälters nur dann sinnvoll gewählt ist, wenn bei einem kurzzeitig hohem Druckluftbedarf der minimal zulässige Betriebsdruck nicht unterschritten wird. ## 2\. Abdeckung eines erhöhten Druckluftbedarfs Die zweite positive Auswirkung ist die Abdeckung des kurzfristigen Spitzenbedarfs: Wenn sich der Druckluftbedarf im Tagesverlauf stark ändert, sind die Bedarfsspitzen entscheidend, um sicherzustellen, dass der Systemdruck den zulässigen Wert nicht unterschreitet. Der Druckluftbehälter dient als Zwischenspeicher für kurzfristige Spitzenbedarfe, die vom Kompressor nicht gedeckt werden können. Der Druckluftbedarf kann je nach Tageszeit, Schichtarbeit oder ungewöhnlich hohem Bedarf (z. B. gelegentlicher Einsatz von Sandstrahlgeräten oder ähnlichen Geräten) variieren. Es ist wichtig, die von der Anwendung benötigte Druckluftmenge (Liter/Sekunde) und die möglichen Spitzen zu kennen, da dies bestimmt, wie viel Druckluft benötigt wird, um den Prozess der Unterversorgung zu vermeiden. ## 3\. Energiebedarf senken dank Druckluftbehälter Die dritte positive Auswirkung ist die Einsparung beim Energieverbrauch: Der Einsatz von Druckluftspeichern kann Kompressoren mit fester Drehzahl helfen, längere Zyklen und engere Druckbereiche zu erreichen und damit den Energieverbrauch des Druckluftsystems zu reduzieren. Mit einem ausreichend großen Tank und mehr Druckluft als benötigt, kann ein erhöhter Bedarf abgedeckt werden, ohne den Kompressor zusätzlich starten zu müssen. Dadurch kann der Energieverbrauch erheblich reduziert werden. Dies verhindert Druckschwankungen und häufiges Motorstarten. Gleichzeitig wird der Druck gleichmäßiger, was die Lebensdauer des Kompressors verlängert. Experten-Tipp: Bei der Bestimmung des Behältervolumens in Litern gilt die Faustregel: Behältervolumen = 10 bis 15 x Volumenstrom des Kompressors in Liter/Sekunde. Beispiel: Kompressor Volumenstrom = 80 l/s à 800 bis 1200 Liter Behältervolumen. Für dieses Beispiel sollte ein Behälter mit einem Volumen von 1000 Liter gewählt werden.
