Nein! Die Kombination aus Ihrer Druckluftanlage, Ihrer Anwendung und den Umgebungsbedingungen ist einzigartig. Um die beste Leistung und Zuverlässigkeit Ihrer Anlage zu erreichen, ist die richtige Auswahl des Kompressor-Öls entscheidend. Die wichtigsten Parameter, die die Lebensdauer und die Leistungsmerkmale des Kompressor-Öls beeinflussen, sind die Umgebungstemperatur, die Staub- oder Luftqualität und die Luftfeuchtigkeit. Diese Parameter werden als Umgebungsbedingungen bezeichnet und ermöglichen es Ihnen, Ihre Anwendung als mild, anspruchsvoll oder extrem, zu klassifizieren. [![Wir helfen Ihnen gern! Um die richtige Kompressor-Öl-Auswahl treffen zu können, sollten die Betriebsbedingungen des Kompressors sehr genau bekannt sein. Temperatur, Luftqualität und Luftfeuchtigkeit spielen eine wichtige Rolle bei der Auswahl des richtigen Öls. **Temperatur** Der wichtigste Parameter ist die Temperatur. Die erste Bedingung, über die zu entscheiden ist, basiert auf der Temperatur des Elementauslasses oder der Umgebungstemperatur. Beide werden in unterschiedlichen Bereichen angegeben. Wenn möglich, sollte die Auswahl auf Grundlage der Elementaustrittstemperatur erfolgen. Ist die Temperatur am Elementaustritt nicht verfügbar, gibt die Umgebungstemperatur einen guten Hinweis. **Luftqualität** Die zweite Bedingung, über die zu entscheiden ist, ist die Staubverschmutzung oder die Luftqualität im Kompressorraum. Ein Beispiel: Eine Zementfabrik kann als staubige Umgebung angesehen werden, im Gegensatz zu einem Automobilunternehmen, von dem man erwartet, dass es eine saubere Umgebung bietet. In bestimmten Ländern kann die durchschnittliche Staubbelastung auch höher sein als die durchschnittliche Norm. Dies muss von Fall zu Fall beurteilt werden. **Luftfeuchtigkeit** Die letzte Bedingung, über die zu entscheiden ist, ist die Luftfeuchtigkeit, wobei Länder mit tropischem Regenwald oder Monsunklima als feuchte Länder gelten.
