# Abwasseraufbereitung & pneumatische Förderung: Turbogebläse für bis 1,4 bar

**Unsere neuen Turbogebläse eignen sich für Niederdruckanwendungen wie die Abwasserreinigung, die pneumatische Förderung etwa in der Lebensmittel-, Kosmetik- oder Baustoffindustrie, aber auch die Rauchgasentschwefelung.**

Für **Niederdruckanwendungen** mit Druckerhöhungen um 0,3 bis 1,4 bar haben wir eine neue Generation unserer **Zentrifugalgebläse** herausgebracht: Die direkt angetriebenen, drehzahlgeregelten Maschinen der Serie [ZB 5-6 VSD+](https://www.atlascopco.com/de-de/compressors/CustomerBenefit/new-zb-series) zählen zu den **effizientesten ölfrei verdichtenden Turbogebläsen** auf dem Markt. Denn mit ihrer integrierten [VSD+-Technologie](https://www.atlascopco.com/de-de/compressors/CustomerBenefit/VSD) („Variable Speed Drive“, variable Drehzahl des Motors) passen die Gebläse den erzeugten [Volumenstrom](https://info.atlascopco-kompressoren.de/blog/volumenstrom-berechnen-druck) stets den Anforderungen des jeweiligen Prozesses an.

## **Neue ZB-Turbogebläse - Interne Druckverluste werden minimiert**

Unsere Konstrukteure haben bei der neuen[**ZB-Turbogebläse**](https://www.atlascopco.com/de-de/compressors/CustomerBenefit/new-zb-series)-Generation darüber hinaus die **internen Druckverluste und den Temperaturanstieg minimiert**. So ist es ihnen gelungen, die Luftansaugtemperatur auf ein Minimum zu beschränken sowie der Luftströmung auf dem Weg durch die Maschine möglichst wenig Widerstand entgegenzusetzen. Die Umgebungsluft gelangt auf direktem Wege zum Laufrad, so dass die Gebläse mit einer niedrigeren (und damit für den Prozess effizienteren) Lufttemperatur arbeiten als andere Maschinen. Zusammen mit den geringen internen Druckverlusten trägt dies erheblich zur **Senkung des Energiebedarfs und damit der Stromkosten** bei. Zugleich **verlängern** die niedrigen Temperaturen die **Lebensdauer der gesamten Maschine.**

Gesteuert werden die neuen ZB-Gebläse von einer Elektronikon-Steuerung. Sie sorgt für hohe Sicherheit und einfache Vernetzung mit übergeordneten Systemen. Die Steuerung gibt auch erweiterte Warnmeldungen zu Service- und Betriebsparametern aus, womit die Produktion besonders geschützt ist.
