Tageszeit, Woche oder Monat. Die Analysen von Druckluft-Bedarfsprofilen zeigen, dass Druckluftstationen oft mit erheblichen Schwankungen im Luftbedarf konfrontiert sind. Besonders hier macht der Einsatz von[drehzahlgeregelten Kompressoren](https://www.atlascopco.com/de-de/compressors/products/air-compressor/oil-injected-rotary-screw-air-compressor/ga-oil-lubricated-screw-compressor-series)Sinn.   ## Unterschied Volllast-Leerlauf-Kompressoren gegenüber drehzahlgeregelten Kompressoren? Volllast-Leerlauf-Kompressoren bieten nur eine fest eingestellte Drehzahl, d.h., sie laufen entweder auf 100% oder gar nicht. [Drehzahlgeregelte VSD-Kompressoren](https://www.atlascopco.com/de-de/compressors/products/air-compressor/oil-injected-rotary-screw-air-compressor/ga-oil-lubricated-screw-compressor-series) (VSD = Variable Speed Drive) hingegen passen die Liefermenge permanent dem aktuellen Verbrauch an, und laufen daher nie „umsonst“. Diese dem Bedarf angepasste Betriebsweise kann bis zu 35% Energieeinsparungen erzielen.
