**Wer sich Gedanken über seine Druckluftversorgung macht und über den Kauf eines neuen Kompressors nachdenkt, der sollte sich gründlich darüber informieren, wie die Kosten über die Gesamtlaufzeit eines Gerätes aussehen. In einem kurzen Podcast wird erklärt, auf welche drei Faktoren man achten muß, bevor man auf ein "unwiderstehlich günstiges" Angebot eingeht.**

Ein besonders energieeffizienter Kompressor spart im Betrieb erhebliche Kosten beim Stromverbrauch und macht so die höhere Investition mehr als wett.

Dadurch wird der CO2 Ausstoß gering gehalten und es können bis zu 50% Energie gegenüber einer Station mit Vollast-Leerlauf-Regelung gespart werden.

- Wie wartungsintensiv ist die Anlage?
- Wie sind Wartungsintervalle angelegt? Nach wie vielen Betriebsstunden müssen laut Betriebsanleitung Wartungen und Überholungen durchgeführt werden?
- Welche Teile müssen wann ausgetauscht werden und wie teuer sind Routinewartungen? Es macht z.B. einen gravierenden Unterschied, ob eine Wartung 2 oder 4 Stunden in Anspruch nimmt. Personalkosten, Stillstandzeiten und damit Produktionsausfälle hängen direkt damit zusammen.

## Faktor Wiederverkaufswert

Bei No-Name Produkten, die günstig im Einkauf sind, schlägt oft der niedrige **Wiederverkaufswert** am Ende der Nutzung zu. Der Wertverlust kann drastisch sein und die gesamte Kostenkalkulation verhageln.
