Die Methoden reichen von sehr einfach bis hin zu sehr ausgeklügelt. Wir stellen Ihnen nachfolgend vier Möglichkeiten zur  Kompressorsteuerung vor: Kompressorsteuerung (1): Die Start/Stop Steuerung Einige Druckluftstationen werden einfach durch Ein- und Ausschalten gesteuert (Start/Stopp). Diese Kompressorsteuerung wird vor allem bei kleineren Modellen mit fester Drehzahl verwendet. --- Kompressorsteuerung (2): Die Last/Enlastungssteuerung Bei der Last-/Entlastungsregelung läuft der Kompressormotor kontinuierlich, entlastet die Druckluftstation jedoch, sobald der Förderdruck ausreichend ist. --- Kompressorsteuerung (3): Steuerung durch Modulation Eine andere Methode, die ebenfalls bei Kompressoren mit fester Drehzahl zum Einsatz kommt, steuert das Einlassventil und regelt auf diese Weise die Leistung der Druckluftstation. Diese Methode, die Modulation genannt wird, ist sehr effizient bei konstantem Druckluftbedarf. --- Kompressorsteuerung (4):  Steuerung durch Drehzahlregelung Wenn der Bedarf jedoch schwankt, sind Kompressoren mit einem drehzahlvariablen Antrieb ([VSD](https://www.atlascopco.com/de-de/compressors/customerbenefit/vsd/vsd-explained)), der die Drehzahl des Motors steuert, die beste Lösung und bieten die größten Einsparungen. Idealerweise verwendet ein Betrieb eine Kombination von Kompressoren, z. B. Die rote Linie zeigt den Stromverbrauch eines Kompressors, der mit einem On-Load-Off-Load-Regler ausgestattet ist. Wenn der Kompressor ausgeschaltet ist, beträgt der Stromverbrauch immer noch 25 bis 35 % der Volllastleistung. Wenn die Maschine ausgeschaltet wird, läuft sie eine bestimmte Zeit lang, bevor der Motor stoppt. Die Kompressorsteuerung kann dann berechnen, wann der Kompressor wieder in Betrieb gehen muss. In Zeiten geringer Nachfrage kann die Kompressorsteuerung die Druckluftstation sofort stoppen, um den Stromverbrauch im Leerlauf zu reduzieren. Das Ergebnis: Energieeinsparung bei gleichbleibender Zuverlässigkeit. ✅ Eine Druckluftstation mit einer Standardsteuerung ohne Zeitschaltuhr läuft während der Mittagspause oder sogar über Nacht weiter, wenn keine Produktionsanforderungen bestehen.
